For the annual club outing this year we went to Eastbourne for the day in August and thoroughly enjoyed all it had to offer. Alongside some who walked to Birling Gap and Beachy Head, there was The Towner Art Gallery and also the annual air show along the sea front as well as fish and chips.
Annual Christmas Meal 2024
Club members enjoyed a late Christmas meal at a local venue to celebrate another year of health and exercising together
